During the service there is offered a nursery for infants and a programme for young children if desired. There is free parking on the streets around (please note that the time-of-day restrictions on Clergy Street north of Queen are not in effect on Sundays) and in the surface civic lot just behind the church off Queen Street. There is a wheel chair lift available in the doors of the church closest to the manse (the courtyard is entered from the driveway half way along the St. Andrew’s block of Clergy Street) and a wheelchair ramp is available by ramp and door along Princess Street.
A special welcome to the Rev. Dr. William Morrow who is our preacher this morning. Bill received his Masters of Divinity from Knox College Toronto, is Full Professor in the Queen’s School of Religion, and is non-stipendiary priest of the Anglican Church, currently serving at St. James Church on Union Street.

We, members and leaders of diverse religious faiths and spiritual practices, are heartbroken and horrified by the news from Christ Church, New Zealand that at least 49 people were shot dead and dozens more injured while participating in Friday prayers at two mosques. Keenly aware of and grateful for Muslim friends and neighbours here in Kingston, we join them in holding in our hearts and prayers the individuals and families directly affected by this shooting, Muslim communities in Christ Church, across New Zealand, in Canada and around the world.
Standing with peace-makers and justice seekers here and everywhere, we continue to strongly denounce Islamophobia, religious intolerance in any form, violence in all forms and white supremacy. We remain even more deeply committed to mutual respect, understanding and harmony among and beyond peoples of all faith traditions and spiritual practices in Kingston, across Canada and around the world.
Please join together for the vigil on Monday evening!

The Cruciform Life: A Biblical Paradigm
Led by Dr. Morrow, this study is an exploration of the scripture passages highlighted in the sermons he is preaching here at St. Andrew’s in the month of March. The study takes place on Wednesdays from March 13- April 10, 7-9 p.m. at St. James Anglican Church (10 Union Street West).
All are welcome.
